Rossie On The Earn

Alltec Energy worked closely alongside sister company Alltec Construction on the transformation of a former agricultural barn into a distinctive and high-end wedding venue set in the heart of the countryside. While Alltec Construction delivered the structural conversion and architectural transformation, Alltec Energy was responsible for integrating modern, efficient building services to support the venue’s new use.

The scope of works included the design and installation of upgraded electrical systems, architectural and feature lighting to enhance the exposed beams and stonework, and modern power and services infrastructure to support open-plan event spaces and luxury guest facilities. All installations were carefully coordinated to preserve the character of the historic building while delivering the reliability and flexibility required for weddings and large-scale events.

By combining discreet modern technology with traditional construction, Alltec Energy ensured the venue meets contemporary performance, safety, and comfort expectations without compromising its heritage appeal. The result is a carefully balanced fusion of rural character and modern efficiency, supporting a wedding venue designed to create memorable experiences year-round.
